Prepare yourself before boarding

A good preparation is... you probably get it. If you have any questions after reading this, we would be happy to answer them.

Do you want to enjoy our boat on the Reeuwijkse Plassen for an extended period? We understand. If you rent the boat for a half-day or longer, we offer a special multiple hours discount. A good excuse to enjoy the water for longer.

Safety is our top priority. Before you board the Lago Amore, we provide you with all the instructions. If you have any questions beforehand or if you are already on the boat, feel free to call or WhatsApp us – we are available all day.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, we have the following cancellation policy:

If cancelled up to 48 hours before booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before booking, you will receive a 50% refund.
For cancellations within 24 hours of booking, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
